Weekly Reflection Oct. 31 - Nov. 4

Sad News :(

Let me just start with a Happy Halloween! I hope you all had a great week and a fun Halloween! Unfortunately the project was put on hold for this week. I was not in school for basically the whole week. I came down with not only strep, but the flu! I know it sounds awful, but fortunately I got better sooner than expected and should be going into school on Monday! I also missed Help Desk Live on Friday, where the Help Desk spoke with Dr. Michael Reichert and staff from the Salesianum School. Fortunately I was able to watch at home on youtube which was pretty cool. The overall discussion was about how we run and maintain our Help Desk and the projects we are working on and have worked on. Salesianum plans on running their own help desk in the near future and wanted some help. If you would like to view said discussion here is a link : Help Desk Live. Hopefully all goes well for them!
